Arts and Advocacy

I started my career in 1992 working in Seattle’s nonprofit sector for Seattle Opera, Open Circle Theatre, and Seattle Children’s Theatre, as well as Union Gospel Mission homeless shelters and New Beginnings domestic violence programs as an artist, administrator, and advocate.  With a Master’s degree in Drama Therapy from Kansas State University, 2006, I have continued to shape my professional work around the use of expressive arts, especially theater and film, for healing and social awareness.
